"Wonderful staff. Very helpful at checkin and the next day when we were going to the cruise port. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and hotel to cruise port were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Not a lot of food options close by. We did eat at the local bar next door and it was ok. We were able to sit outside on the patio which was a good thing because it was extremely loud. Food was acceptable and prices were a little expensive for the food quality. But we were hungry after a very very long day of traveling. "

"From the start rude welcoming, gave us wrong directions to the room which we had to take a 3 flight up the stairs because of the elevators were not working. The room key did not work, had to go back to the lobby. After finally inside the room strong nasty smell on the sheets and pillows, broken toilet seat. Door would not close from the outside either. No good response from the front desk on trying to solve any of my complaints after expending over $400 per night. Me DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! "

"Room is very clean and fancy. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. But air condition is a little bit cold and can’t be turned off or change temperature. Overall it’s great!! I would recommend it to my friends."
