Great stay

We had a lovely getaway for baseball and hiking. Dave was great to work with - very helpful and communicative. The living room was especially nice to come home and relax after long days out and about.

Excellent for our Hall of Fame trip

This property was perfect for our trip to the HoF. It was well kept and very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would like to make this trip an annual event and will definitely hope to book here!

Oneonta Graduation

Perfect house for graduation weekend! 20 mins from Oneonta. Fit our family comfortable. Everyone had their own space.. much better than a hotel in Oney. Communication with host was excellent.

Best CDP location!!

We loved our stay! This was our second year in a row at CDP and you cannot beat this location! The house itself was great and had everything we needed. Bathrooms are very clean and all newly renovated. Beds were comfortable, central AC worked great (thank goodness because we had a HOT week), and plenty of parking. Host was very responsive as well. I would highly recommend this property and return.

Perfect location!

We were in Cooperstown for a family wedding and the house worked great for our family. The location is just a short drive into Cooperstown and if you are looking to be close to Dreams Park it is perfect. The grocery store is very close to the house as well which was an added bonus! Dave was a very responsive host! We will definitely come back if we have more family events!

Amazing Property

Super clean and roomie. Proximity to Dreams Park was key for rain delays. Very close to village. Dave was quick with responses. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend.

Baseball Hall of Fame Family Reunion

Perfect for a family reunion group of 4 adult couples. Every couple had comfortable private rooms. The shared space downstairs was roomy and spacious. Drive into Cooperstown for museum was an easy 10 minutes. Grocery store was right across the street so it was convenient to shop and cook family meals.

PERFECT place for Dreams Park!

This property was the perfect location! It was four minutes to the Dreams Park and there is a grocery store across the street! It’s close to many restaurants and breweries and a quick ride into the charming village of Cooperstown. I HIGHLY recommend this property if your child is plays at CDP. Dave was easy to communicate with and very responsive!

Spacious, clean, accommodating

9 of us found the movie Thelma on Disney to watch! Very funny. We had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the movie. We were able to cook up a few snacks, prepare a breakfast casserole and crawl into bed my midnight. Slept well and got moving to prepare breakfast, shower, clean up and pack all by 11am! Roomy, enjoyable, comfortable and accommodating

PERFECT COOPERSTOWN SPOT

This is the absolute PERFECT home if you're in town for the Dreams Park tournament or anything else related to Cooperstown. It's located right across from Dreams Park and only a quick 10 min drive from downtown Cooperstown and close to everything including Ommegang brewery. It has VERY spacious rooms and although we had a small family there it can accommodate quite a few people with it's huge first floor great room area. Super clean, well appointed and brand new interior made everything super enjoyable and easy.

Great Stay at Thurman Munson House

We stayed at Thurman Muson House during our Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The house was great and super close to the park. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store. The Hall of Fame is about 15 minutes away and Walmart delivers here. The house was stocked well, clean, and the host was communicative and responsive. Pet policy and laundry were big a big +. We would stay here again when visiting Cooperstown.

Perfect Cooperstown House

This house was perfect for our week at Cooperstown. Less than a mile from the Dreams Park. There was plenty of room for our group. Five spacious bedrooms. Plenty of sheets and towels. The living room and dining room table area were also larger than we expected. The host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will rent again when our next son plays.

Perfect for Dreams Park

We couldn’t have picked a better house. Our son was playing at dreams park for the week. This property was so convenient. There were so many rain delays and time changes for the games. It was nice to have a place to go during the delays. We had 9 people staying in the house and the living room was perfect to hang out and relax. We highly recommend this to any large families.

Perfect location for Cooperstown Dreams Park

The Thurman Munson house is a great location if you're going to Cooperstown period, but if you're going to Dreams Park it's perfect. It's right across the street from the end of the park and less than a minute drive to the entrance. The house is great and has everything you need. It has central AC, the beds are comfortable, the furniture is nice, good size smart TVs in every room, plenty of parking space for vehicles, etc. We had a couple communications with the owner Dave. He took care of everything immediately and even made some recommendations for things to do while we were there, which was nice too. If you need a place of this size in Cooperstown, do yourself a favor and check out the Thurman Munson house.
