"Property was very nice. Spacious and cozy. Clean. I would stay here again! But bring a sound machine, or fan. One bedroom has a sump pump very close and it is loud."

"Always love staying at any of the places operated by LiveSuites. Always spotless!"

"The house was very clean. The property is so peaceful. We loved watching the cows and alpaca. Also, the host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The farm fresh eggs they have at shop at the entrance of the property (The Chicken Bacon Ranch) were used to make some delicious breakfasts to start our day."

"We had 4 adults & a teenager. The two bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5. Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews...

"This was, by far, the cleanest and best-stocked rental home we’ve encountered! It was also the best decorated! We only spent one night, but were grateful for the grill, fire pit, comfy seating & beds! Owners were responsive & friendly and take great care of this home. We will definitely come back!"

"Basic room, would rarely 3/5."

"The home was very clean, however the internet was out and had been for at least week prior and there was no communication telling us that until we were checked in. The reason the internet is important is because it is the only way the television worked. In addition, the service for our cell phones was very poor and no Wi-Fi made it impossible to get a signal. Unfortunately, it rained and was cold all day on Tuesday. Before we left for the day my mom had me turn the heat on so when we got back...

"Great location and easy to use!"

"Nice place to call home for 10 days. Convienient. Clean. Well equipped. Modern."

"Stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time! Property was very clean and easy to access downtown from. Scott, Lisa, and Jimmy (the best cat) were so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They answered any questions we had and even had chairs and beach equipment to use. I highly recommend giving them a look if you’re contemplating staying in Grand Haven."

"The property was perfect for a group of us traveling for a concert in Grand Rapids. It’s spacious and the beds are super comfortable and easy to get to. We only used the house to sleep in but if we had to cook, it seemed to have everything we’d need. There was a little hiccup getting a hold of someone and into the property as their system was glitching but they eventually worked it out. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, organized and affordable. Great stay!"

"Nice, small great value place short walk to downtown couldn’t be happier with my choice"

"We ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. (there were no back-ups) Host apologized jut was out of town, We ended up going to the store to buy more and felt it would have been nice to be reimbursed for those items. House is really 3 bedrooms- 4th bedroom is a pull out couch in the living room."

"We enjoyed this property. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get into the property but the host was so quick to help us. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Room for all of us to spread out and relax when not on the go. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Most amazing condo and trip ever! My daughter and I just spent a few nights in Grand Haven, and this was the most perfect condo ever. Dana (the owner) was absolutely amazing, and her response was always so speedy. The location was perfect.. right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. We look forward to planning another girls trip, and we will renting this same condo again!"
