Very private, Charming 1905 One Bedroom apartment in the Mingus park neighborhood. Within walking distance of the bay, downtown restaurants, bars, antiquing, & coffee shops in Coos Bay. Comfy queen sized bed. Full Kitchen & Laundry. Wifi, TV with Netflix. Pets allowed with previous discussion and small cleaning fee. Pack n’ play available for babies or cot available for older children or for 3rd guest. The couch is SO COMFY, guests occasionally skip the bed. ( couch sheets available ! )

Elegant 1905 home remodeled for comfort is welcoming guests. They don’t make them like this anymore. Walkable, quiet Mingus park neighborhood with great neighbors. One Bedroom with courtyard access has a full kitchen & laundry. The courtyard on the south side of the building is available for smoking or vaping. . .
The furnace room and workshop are off limits.

A cozy, comfy and quiet place to stay! Well provided fridge and cupboards full of yummy food and goodies, clean kitchen and bathroom, creative artwork on walls! I will definitely come back!

Super easy check-in and check-out. We loved all the artsy touches! The refrigerator and pantry were stocked with just about everything we could have possibly wanted. Shower was great and the bed was comfy.
