"Property was nice! Everything was clean and welĺ maintained. We went in July and the weather was hot! Pool was nice, the water temp was like a warm bath. Solar heated and in full sun most of the day..so to be expected. Central location and easy access to all Marco Island offers. We enjoyed our stay. Host was accessible and communicated with us easily. Everything was there to go to the beach and enjoy the day. A map of the island provided activities, restaurants, etc. Really relaxing. We would return."

"All in all, we had a good time the only issues that I had the TV signal was poor. We were unable to watch TV and I am unsure if it came from the bedsheet or for the provided body watch, but I broke out in a rash around my neck parts of my back and on my wrist however it was a nice area and we enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, we had a good experience with our stay. We really enjoyed having the pool and screened in patio. We were low key during our stay there and worked from the house. Although we didn’t use any of the extras, I did appreciate that they provided a grill, extra beach towels, pool noodles & floaties, etc. The check-out list was also pretty minimal so that was nice."

"We stay in Marco Island every year for The Fourth of July. First year in this property and it did not disappoint. Great location, very spacious and beautiful Sunsets. We had no need to leave the house at all. Equipped with most essential items, only thing we needed was to buy paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. They only provide the initial one. "
