===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This newly renovated 162 m1 apartment in the heart of downtown Copenhagen combines comfort and functionality with unique elegance and materials of the highest quality. The building has an elevator and stairwell to the apartment on the 3rd floor.

Right outside your door you will find some of Copenhagen's most iconic landmarks. The town hall square, Rådhuspladsen, is at the end of the street and Axeltorv, Axel Towers and Tivoli are you closest neighbors. Shopping, bars, restaurants and public transportation including bus, Metro and Copenhagen Central Station are all within a few minutes walking distance. You get easy access to Copenhagen's lakes, Ørsteds Park and Strøget --- all of Copenhagen lies before you.

The apartment is incredibly well furnished with space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely sunny balcony. The floor is covered in herringbone parquet with floor heating and the quality is high throughout. The kitchen is of high quality with a floating island with touch drawers, a stove with integrated hood, a wine cooler and other elegant domestic appliances that make cooking a joy.

The kitchen opens up into a large dining area and a spacious living room with fantastic lighting. All 3 bedrooms have closets, double beds and a TV and one of the bathrooms has a bathtub, double shower and double sink while the other bathroom has a washer and dryer. There is also a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the morning. This is a unique opportunity to experience luxury and comfort in the heart of Copenhagen.

We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

Spacious and well equipped in very central location

Hidden gem, spacious with good natural light and well equipped behind a somewhat modest exterior. Huge number of attractions, restaurants, cafes, historic sites within 20 min walking distance so never needed a taxi over a 5 night stay. A city centre never sleeps so light sleepers should come prepared but our group was mostly undisturbed at night.

Location and layout great, but outside noise not

The location and layout of the apartment worked out well for us. We struggled with the outside noise though, the apartment was hot, so we had the windows open, and it is a noisy area. We struggled with the remotes, but figured it out. We wish that we didn’t have realtors coming in during our stay and we wish that we didn’t have to choose between heat or noise, but overall we had a good time in Copenhagen.
