When we arrived, these 70 somethings were a little unsure of the trendy decor and the fact that there was live music each night of our stay. However we were soon won over by the amazing young staff who worked so hard to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were all kind and caring and always working with a smile. We loved our rooms and the roof top lounge. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Italy!

This Palazzo is an art piece in itself! The art work on the walls, the frescoes in the room, not mentioning that it has one of the oldest/ preserved working kitchens in Italy! The rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing and they can accommodate you based on your food needs! We had a wonderful time here and we would recommend this place anytime, especially if you want to feel like the nobles used to feel like back in the day!

Anje and Nick are the owners and are warm, welcoming and can’t do enough for you. All day they are asking if we are happy and what can they do for us. This boutique hotel is gorgeous from the furnishings to the art work, the pool, Anje,s dinner are all wonderful. Each night before dinner they host a cocktail hour for all the guests on the rooftop overlooking the sunset. It’s just such an event each night. I spent three days at Palazzo Belsanti with a friend and we had a lovely stay. Andrea and Alessandra are wonderful and so very helpful (Andrea even grabbed my seriously HEAVY suitcase from the car and up the stairs to our room!!!), doing all that they can to make your stay in Lecce as enjoyable and authentic as you want it to be.
