This is a pricy modern hotel. My first time in Milan. I stayed for 8 nights. The a/c wasn't working properly. I was disappointed with the room. I was expecting more space in the rooms, it was too small for me considering the beautiful pictures seen advertised when I made the booking.

The staff were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy, and location was nice with great local restaurants and easy access to the metro. We had one hiccup where a towel of mine was taken when they changed linen which was frequent thankfully.
