"Our family of 4 stayed one day in this hotel. The whole property including internal garden is beautiful and very clean. We have been especially impressed by the dinner served after our trip to Colca Canyon. It was delicious with high end restaurant presentation. The staff was attentive and very helpful."

"The location was good, the staff was a little disorganized, the noise level in the room was poor and there were no basic amenities in the room such as water, shampoo, coffee, etc. Not a place I would stay again."

"Grounds were amazing with hot pools, alpacas and info about alpacas and condors, river crossing, walks around the property. We borrowed fishing rod and tried trout fishing. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We have also enjoyed the dinner and drinks at the bar with a great service. Room was nice and clean with a heater. Wish we could stay longer."
