"Beautiful room and a really nice hotel/casino. The valet team was excellent; very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the overnight front desk staff were not. No greeting, no acknowledgment while I waited a long time for 1 person to finish being assisted, and no apology or thanks when I was finally helped. It was a cold interaction. Calling the front desk from my room twice went unanswered (but valet parking picked up), and another overnight agent I spoke with was just as cold and robotic. The overnight front desk agents need some coaching."
