"The staff was great and hotel location was nice. The shuttle service is good option for the airport commute. The property is very nice and room was good too. But we were not happy with the washroom. The exhaust was not working and it was not cleaned properly. The drain smelled like piss and it was awful to use the restroom."

"It was fine. I like this hotel and have stayed there several times over the years. Was a bit disappointed the sauna was out of commission but I understand that maintenance/refurbishment needs to take place. I also find there is a difference between booking direct and booking through Expedia. When I have booked direct, I can typically get into my room earlier that 4:00pm but forget it if I have booked through Expedia. I ordered some room service and an hour later, it still hadn't arrived. When I called after an hour, the person on the phone told me that the kitchen got slammed and that was delaying my meal. He said that he'd try to get the kitchen to make my dinner and then it arrive about 5 minutes later, cold. Finally, I had a dining credit that had not been applied to my account so I couldn't do the mobile checkout. Ultimately these things aren't deal breakers, so I'd stay again even if I was booking through Expedia to get a better deal."

"Room us clean but They have no coffee pot and Hair dryer in the room not sure if they forgot or not also The wardrobe had hinged glass doors that tipped over as soon as they were opened, which was quite dangerous, especially since I was staying with a child. Luckily, I was the one who opened it first."
