"This was our first stay at this villa and we really can’t fault it. Location is fabulous, nice quiet street but within easy reach of the main supermarket Phlipos and the strip where there is plenty of choice for places to eat or drink. Villa was spacious with comfortable beds and furniture and great outdoor space, offering everything you need for self catering if you’re looking for a quieter night in. There was a fault with the fridge on our arrival which was dealt with perfectly by Lisa & Felix - we arrived late evening so contacted Felix in the morning. We had an engineer out twice that day and when the fridge couldn’t be fixed a brand new replacement was fitted the following morning. Nice welcome pack on arrival which is always appreciated after a long days travel. Communications with Lisa were good with swift responses to any queries. Lisa also arranged a late check out for us which was also very much appreciated as we had a late flight home again."

"We have had an amazing stay at villa Victoria, Lisa and Felix are amazing hosts. The pool and garden are a lovely size. Easily accessible to all amenities in the area, just round the corner from the beach and local bars, but no noise from anyone. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Just 15 mins walk from the strip and supermarket. Has a drinking tap and British sockets. Hairdryers in all rooms. Good air conditioning especially as we were here in the heatwave. As this property is not ultra modern and so not lots of glass stays relatively cool. Lisa gives a nice little welcome pack to get you started, and as they live locally are able to respond to any issues should they arise very quickly. They give you discounts in local restaurants and lots of ideas of places to go and eat. As we have been to the area many times before we did not need this, but very helpful to anyone new. This is the best villa by far that we have stayed in in Cyprus in the many years we have been coming. It is also worth noting those of you who have been to Cyprus before, will know how hard mattresses can be; the beds in this villa are definitely ok in comparison to many."

"Villa Safia is light bright and airy, tastefully furnished and very well equipped with lovely gardens, terrace area and pool. It’s well located for a short walk to a beach and 20 minute walk to Coral Bay strip with restaurants etc. it was very hot throughout our stay so we didn’t explore as much as we should have but tried 3 different restaurants and regularly used a lovely one overlooking the sea. Lisa, our host, went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect with prompt communication, arranging airport transfers, a hotel for the day awaiting our late return flight, and even bought us some wine for our late arrival. Highly recommend this lovely villa."

"What an amazing villa! Everything was really clean, tidy and worked as it should, since some villas we have been to over the last couple of years have sometimes needed updating and are not always as shown in the photos, this was very refreshing to have a villa that was ‘what you see is what you get’ and more. The pool was great and the outdoor space gave all day sun but shade was always available under the outside dining area. The villa is within easy walking distance to the supermarket and the strip. A pleasant easy walk down to the beach and beach bar, taking about 15 mins. We highly recommend Portico Antico restaurant, the food is incredible and great portions, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, a must place to eat! We had no problems at all during our stay and Lisa was more than helpful booking our cabs to and from the airport. We hope to return next year. Thank you!"

"Our hosts were excellent communicators, instructions perfectly detailed and we had no problems with directions to place or in the home. Tandy and Marcus were there once a week to clean the pool and once per week to change bedding and towels and on the second week did a nice clean. They are friendly, helpful and also great on communication. House was the best equipped that we have ever stayed and we have stayed in several. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Thank you. The only thing that surprised us was that we were up by 530 to 6 am every day because a neighbour northwest had several dogs that would start barking and continue till about 8 am. Then start again at 530 to 630 pm . However we took advantage ofbthat by going out to explore all the wonderful historical sites and see surrounding beautiful areas. In the afternoons we enjoyed the beautiful clean and large pool so much! Thanks again so much Ute and Andrea for making our visit to Cyprus so wonderful!"

"The villa is in a nice location within easy reach of local amenities and only 5 mins walk to Corallia Beach. The garden has lovely floral hedges which give privacy whilst you are in the pool. We were visited most days by a very friendly cat. In fact we noticed that there were an awful lot of cats on the island. The villa had all the facilities we needed and was in good condition. The owner, Marina was very helpful during the booking process and in the run up to our holiday. We were particularly pleased with welcome pack of bread, cheese, milk, wine etc as we arrived very late in the evening after local supermarkets were closed. There is much to see and do in Cyprus and we are already planning a further visit."

"We were the first checked in after they refined and reopened. Even though still unfinished refining… Was excellent service from all of staffs. Really enjoyed staying,all smiling faces especially Katerina, Alex, Aristos,Roshan,Andrea…Agatha..pool attendants..all were very diligent and organized workers..and sorry can’t remember all staff’s name. First impression of Cyprus is really unforgettable. Would really love to stay if our holiday in Cyprus again. Hopefully more warmer weather time.. April…is not perfect weather to enjoy but good thing is quiet. Another good thing is this hotel is child-free hotel. Enjoy your staying! "
