"The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They go out of their way to greet you & make you feel welcome. They were also nice enough to get me in a room a few hours early because my flight arrived early. The free breakfast is substantial, diverse, and very tasty. Recommended."

"I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing , helpful and very friendly. The resort is showing signs of age . The pool needs refurbishment . There are areas where algae was present and the slide was not working all day. In saying this our kids all had great fun in the pool. The food was okay with a different menu everyday. I had a special occasion while there and the staff were amazing with arrangements , cake and decorations. Kids club was great . It was my first time at the Hideaway and my family and friends enjoyed our stay"

"Staff all welcoming and friendly. Particularly clean room. Can do better. Swim bar great, but should have toilets and showers close to pool. Breakfast fine, buffet meals reasonable. Some meats very dry and hard to chow. Loved the salads and variety of food. Occasionally food not warm enough. In the bedrooms no microwaves."
