The property was nice the elevator was not working so we were given a room on the 3 floor.however a room on a higher level would have been a better option with the elevator working. The 3 floor seemed noisy we could hear guests talking from their room into the hallway.

We have stayed often at different La quintas. Unfortunately not all great. But this one is. Nice bed linens. Nice shower products. quiet. A guide for the tv channels. Close to restaurants welcoming staff.!just really comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

Elevators were broken and they did not let me know until checking in. I had no hot water in the showerhead and no accommodations were made. Every hallway smelled like marijuana and there was trash in the hallways.

Nice location in Coral Springs walking distance to restaurants and shopping. property needs a face lift lobby and hallways. Room was clean and didnt smell, Beds were clean and comfortable.
