We had a nice view of the ocean. The pool, pool deck, and hot tub were fabulous! My 4 star rating was because there was no microwave in our room (they had certain floors that had a microwave by the ice machine) so that was inconvenient. Pool did not look like website...pool bar CLOSED, restaurant CLOSED, bar in lobby CLOSED...Plus, only one elevator was working.... And had to get three different codes to get into my hotel room. Waited almost an hour
