"Das Appartement ist schön. Haus, insbesondere Treppenhaus sind ganz besonders. Die Lage ist gut, man kann allerdings nicht mit dem Auto vorâs Haus fahren (FuĂgĂ€ngerzone).
Aber es gibt einige Kritikpunkte:
Im Bad tropft eine Wasserleitung. Die Wassermenge ist gering, aber das Wasser lĂ€uft dann unter den FuĂboden und dort schimmelt es, was man auch riecht.
Die Sicherung des Warmwasserboilers fliegt ungefÀhr einmal pro Tag heraus. Wenn man das nicht merkt, steht man ohne warmes Wasser da (Die...
