"The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!"

The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation.
