"The rooms were very dirty. Looks like the only thing they do to prepare a room for a new guest is change the sheets Airport shuttle was very convenient. Air conditioning needed a filter change but at least it was blowing cold air."

"My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but...

"All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down."
