  • The villa is composed of 2 apartments.
    The owner occupies the ground floor, the rental is upstairs but you have a private terrace with deckchairs, tables, chairs and BBQ for your meals in the garden The 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms are very quiet they have views of the countryside and are air-conditioned.

très fonctionnel

ce logement est très fonctionnel pour 2 couples d'amis (chacun sa chambre avec sa propre sa salle de bains et toilette) par contre petit bémol sur la vue du centre commercial LECLERC qui peut parfois nous faire oublier qu'on est en Corse ! mais je ne regrette pas mon séjour !

Appartement agréable et bien équipé. Seul bémol proximité de la route mais qui n’a pas d’incidence sur le calme des chambres celles-ci se situant à l’arrière .

Appartement très agréable bien situé

L’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et idéalement placé pour se déplacer. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et fort sympathique. L’environnement est assez bruyant quand on est sur le balcon mais la terrasse à disposition à l’extérieur est très agréable. Séjour très apprécié.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour car le temps s'y est prêté. Nous remercions toutes les femmes qui côtoient cette maison pour leur gentillesse et serviabililité. Nous n'avons qu'un regret c'est celui de ne pas avoir eu accès à la piscine (en tant qu' adultes responsables...)

Équipement parfait. Location très agréable et un accueil chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive en raison d'un retard de vol. Beaucoup de circulation sur la terrasse de devant. Mais la jolie petite terrasse à l'arrière compense ce petit bémol.

Splendido appartamento

L'appartamento è come da foto e dotato di tutti i comfort: wifi, TV (mai accesa in realtà), aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e due bagni (di cui uno in camera). La cucina ha veramente tutto: lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè, bollitore ecc... nonchè tutte le stoviglie necessarie. Ottima la posizione in quanto è a 50 metri da un supermercato e 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Le proprietarie sempre gentili e disponibili. Al piano terra e sul retro sono disponibili due sdrai e un tavolo per 5/6 persone nonchè una zona dove può essere usata una griglia elettrica (mai usata). Noi abbiamo sempre cenato nel terrazzo collegato alla cucina e siamo stati veramente bene. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito (il che non è poco). Per chi avesse la macchina, nel cortile interno è possibile parcheggiare essendo presente un posto auto riservato. Occorre fare attenzione all'entrata con l'auto in quanto il cancello di ingresso è piuttosto stretto ma noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. La zona è tranquilla nel senso che il fronte (dove c'è la cucina) dà quasi sulla strada e quindi con la porta finestra aperta un po' di rumore si sente (ma niente di che) mentre il retro dove sono le camere dà su un parco e quindi c'è silenzio. Assolutamente consigliato

Sehr zentrale Lage,sowohl für Wander-Städte und Strandausflüge.Die Wohnung Ist geräumig,sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Nach derAnfahrtsbeschreibung von Fewo direkt war die Wohnung leider nicht zu finden.Erst nach dem Telefonieren mit der Vermieterin und dem Treffen mit ihr wurden wir zur Unterkunft geleitet.

Un posto molto piacevole

Prima di tutto sono i proprietari- sono persone squisite, gentili, attenti ed ospitali. La casa è molto carina, fresca, pulita, arredata con tutto necessario per una piacevole vacanza. La posizione è buona, vicina al centro di Ile-Rousse, strategica per le bellissime spiagge ed altre attrazioni, di fronte ad un supermercato, cinema e con il parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. La consiglierei a tutti e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Per tornare in un luogo piacevole

Prima di tutto, sono i proprietari- la scorsa volta Ann e Paul, adesso le figlie Nicole e Daniele, sono persone squisite, gentili, attentissimi ed ospitali. La casa è molto carina, arredata con tutto che occorre per una piacevole vacanza, climatizzata, pulita e fresca. La posizione della casa è buona, non distante dal centro, vicina alle bellissime spiagge e di fronte ad un supermercato, con un parcheggio per l'auto interno alla proprietà. Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che buono. La consiglierei a tutti e sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie!

Appartement tres agréable et bien situé. Pas de mauvaise surprise, conforme à la description. Nous avons bien apprécié le balcon pour les petits déjeuners et le patio arrière pour l'apéro. Recommanderions cette location sans hésiter à des amis. Propriétaire gentille, avenante et discrète.

Bon accueil et discrétion de la propriétaire. Villa bien située et parfaitement entretenue (conforme au descriptif). Parking dans le parc arboré et fleuri. 2 chambres spacieuses et calme avec chacune leur salle de bain. La grande terrasse derrière la maison, avec chaises longues et table sous les arbres était fort agréable. Seul bémol, la terrasse en façade était très bruyante (cuisine), car proximité d'un rond point avec le passage des voitures, mais fenêtres fermées, aucun bruit. Très très bonne isolation.

Le top avec un rapport qualité prix inégalé

Appartement climatisé, luxueux, spacieux, cuisine, salon, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, terrasse avec jolie vue, parking privé dans une cour fleurie et entourée de verdure, le tout à quelques pas des commerces, d'une pharmacie, d'un mini marché de produits du terroir corse et du cinéma d'Ile Rousse. La propreté est impeccable et l'accueil familial, chaleureux et attentionné. En fait, c'est une location idéale pour visiter les villages typiques et les superbes plages de la Balagne, raison pour laquelle nous y retournons régulièrement depuis 10 ans !

Appartement propre, spacieux et confortable; bien equipé avec des chambres au calme, climatisées et leur propre salle de bain; commerces, plages et centre d'Île Rousse à proximité. Acceuil chaleureux,propriétaires bien sympas, bref c'était notre 2ème année consécutive avec nos p'tits bouts et sans doute pas la dernière!!!
