We arrived on May 15, 2026, at 4:35 pm to a completely empty property with locked doors and no staff. None of the “online check-in only” procedures were clearly communicated beforehand. After a long travel day, we spent nearly an hour outside in the heat calling and messaging multiple numbers with no response. Even the “sister property” nearby had no staff available. At 5:22 pm, someone finally responded and provided a lock code. Unfortunately, the room was nothing like the premium river-view cabin advertised online. What we received was a small concrete room that looked more like a storage unit. My daughter immediately noticed the difference and was visibly disappointed. I documented everything with photos and videos. After multiple calls, Mrs. Alejandra politely acknowledged the issue but insisted the system showed the room as correct. Nearly 30 minutes later, an alternative room was offered at another property, but by then the experience had already ruined our trip. We requested and received a full refund.
