"The accommodations were fine. But, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. We had to contact the property more than 24 hours before check-in to receive instructions and then told that instructions would be provided through WhatsApp, an app that we did not use. When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage, we had to call a number that directed us to a different property (Arc House Mezquita) a 6-minute walk away for drop-off. "
