"We spent 3 nights here while in town for a celebration of life. I rated it excellent but have a couple suggestions. When money permits, the bathroom could use upgrading. The tub and walls and trim could use improvement. The sink drains a bit slowly. That's an expensive process but it woud make the property much nicer. Also, you could use some more silverware. Thanks for the excellent communication and stay. And I must say the beds and especially the pillows were very good! What brand...

"We visited Bettendorf to spend time with our daughter while she is working there this summer. The property was conveniently located close to everything—the interstate, restaurants, shopping, walking trails and most importantly, our daughter!The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer during our stay.The property is pet-friendly, so there was a slight odor when we arrived, but it was not...

"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

"Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed."

The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. "
