"Room was very clean and everything was so good. The room was modern with a gorgeous bathroom too. It was good to see a TV that had Netflix and YouTube and the view from the window was incredible of the garden. Highly recommend this place! Spa facilities were also amazing, make sure to contact about treatments prior to going though!"

"In general a lovely experience however if you want breakfast and haven’t booked it as part of the room make sure it order it when you check in for all the nights you are there. It’s also cheaper. Unfortunately we only wanted it for the second morning and went to book it the night before only to be told we couldn’t, we weren’t told that by reception staff when we checked in that you had to book for all the nights you were staying. Consequently they missed out on our money which we spent elsewhere."

"Amazing location, just what was required with temperatures hitting 35 degrees! Room was comfy, buffet breakfast was good with a good varied choice. Amazing views. Pool area & direct access to beach were a big plus. Only downside was the constant slamming of the door from the room next door at all sorts of times in the night but we tried to not let this ruin our short stay here."

We were more than a little disappointed to find a £10 per night parking surcharge not mentioned anywhere on the booking or in Hotels.com. It’s not a good surprise late at night just off the ferry. "The most AMAZING location, the beach was 1.5 minutes from our bedroom door. Staff were nice and helpful. Food was fabulous. The kitchen was understaffed one of the nights we ate there and we had to wait over 1 hour for food to arrive. Had we known this when we made our reservation we would have made alternative arrangements. The harbour view from our balcony was amazing. The mattress NEEDS CHANGING URGENTLY - sloping both sides and so wants to eject you from the bed. It justifies its 4-star hotel rating though somehow there is a slight fawlty towers vibe ..... but in a nice way"

"It was lovely, all the staff were lovely and kind, the rooms were rlly nice and clean also had a fan which was great! It was fun the rooms having themes and the shower/bath was rlly nice! I would 100% recommend and I really enjoyed my stay! It also was a really good distance away from the beach and shops so wasn’t for to talk at all x"
