Very Good

The staff were friendly. The sound bath was incredible. Great treatments. The breakfast was lovely. We were sad for the rain to Cancel our a la carte grill meal.
The hotel has great pool facilities and a modern gym for all to enjoy.
It was very easy to get to town from the hotel as there’s a bus stop nearby.
I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and shared corridors.
The hanging lights shades near the bed were very dusty, and the glass panels in the bathroom area could’ve done with a clean too.
The shared corridors looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.
We had a fantastic stay in Cooks Club Corfu and overall thought it was good value for money.
Pros:
Great dining experience
Amazing cocktails
Great vibe
Cons:
Sunbeds quite possibly the most uncomfortable ever!
Rooms need sound proofing
Would definitely stay again
Great break with a load of work colleagues. Vibe at the pool spot on, food in the restaurant was great pool was above average but did what it needed to, great the menu regularly changed. Would definitely visit again and another cooks.
Absolutely insane hotel! Easily the best I’ve ever been to. From the beginning to the end of our stay we could not fault it at all - the food and drinks were incredible, the cleanliness was unmatched. I’ve booked to go back already!
The hotel itself is lovely the room was gorgeous and the food that we ate really nice. The issue we had was people up all night outside making lots of noise and in the swimming pool all night this went on from 1am until 3am shouting and screaming.
Four night stay at all inclusive. Hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Could have had more evening entertainment and ability to try both carte restaurants would have been preferable instead on restricting to one. Understand if only in hotel 2 nights but for 4 or more should have larger options. Pool areas both lovely and no issues on sunbeds as long as not precious on same location.
Basically the lovely decor covers up for how awful the food, drinks & service was. If you like to drink beer or wine, out of a small plastic water cup then this is your place. Staff at the pool bar couldn’t crack a smile, probably due to the amount of drinks people kept asking for (always a queue).
Food at the hotel was questionable, order from an app on your phone, with no timing of when food was coming out or what state the food was going to be in was like playing Russian roulette. Though must say the pizza was great but this was cooked fresh unlike the other options. No options for a nice steak or even fresh seafood. Breakfast let’s just say if you want tinned fruit, this will be right up your street. Also cooked breakfast, it was just about edible and fruit juices watered down just to cut corners. Anyway luckily we only stayed one night thank god. Good luck if you’ve booked this hotel because the room was nice and the bed was comfy.
We had a room with a private pool. Bad things first - room 502 - the pumping /mechanics of the pools are around rooms 501, 502 and 503, therefore from early morning to midnight if you are in your room or bathroom it sounds like a very loud extractor fan is going off constantly. Also these rooms are on the path to the quiet pool and grill bar, so there is foot traffic going past the end of your so called private pool area (bit like being in a goldfish bowl as everyone stops to look at the pool and some even take pictures irrespective of you lying on your lounger or swimming in your pool). There are other swim up rooms that are accessed from the hotel and are only overlooked by the top swimming pool and are away from the noisy pool pumps/mechanics.
Good things - There are 2 big pools, 1 with a DJ and 1 that is more relaxing. Breakfast is served to 11am and is buffet style. Lunch is 12.30 to 7pm dinner to 10.30 and you order via an app, all the meals are small portions but you can order as many as you want from each section, so a main dish with a pasta dish and a salad or international dish or a pizza or everything. The food is all fresh not sat under warmers. The food was really good, the staff in the main restaurant are lovely and friendly. There are 2 a la carte outdoor restaurants and the food and staff are lovely. The spa is lovely, Vicky is really helpful and friendly and Havileta and Hava give excellent massages. We would definitely go to a cooks club again
Everything was very good! Only minus was the lunch food in the big restaurant that wasn’t very tasty. The other restaurant and the breakfast was very nice on the other hand!
We are very satisfied with our stay!
Very nice and clean rooms. Amenities are quite good as well. Unfortunately, the food (we went with the all inclusive) leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the food items we tried were quite bland.
Very nice set up, very nice staff apart from bar man who was rude for no reason possibly annoyed with drunken old ladies. Generally nice place but food was poor, cooks club needs to find a better cook

Disliked: Staff & service
This hotel should definitely should not be considered a 5 star hotel! The service was not good compared the other 5 star hotels in Corfu. They didn’t clean our room every day and in general it was dirty. The worst part about our stay was the food- unbeatable!!! We didn’t want to use the restaurant and the guests relation manager did nothing with our complaints. We ended up eating somewhere else. Overall it’s not worth the money, it was my 5 time in Corfu and I have never experienced such an hotel.

Not sure how this hotel is so highly rated. We could not get a reservation for their x2 restaurants - there was ZERO comms about booking a table in advance. When checking in there was still zero comms about booking a table (we overheard a lot of people by the pool who were not happy about the same situation). When I asked guest relations about it they were aware it’s a problem when you book via a third party - however they seemed very unfazed by this. They were bit apologetic, especially given we were only there for 3 nights.
Another issue which is a shame is the sunbed hogging! I have never stayed anywhere where all the sunbeds have towels on them before 8am. People don’t show up til hours later, simply put towels down to save them! The staff should help with this.
The main restaurant (called Canteen) has zero atmosphere. It’s exactly the same vibe as breakfast. It’s such a shame! Too bright and school dinner like. Zero table service for drinks.
Other small problems we faced - cant order an iced coffee with your breakfast, no fresh pool towels before 10am, single beds pushed together for our double room, flies in the food, watery juice at breakfast.
Wouldn’t stay again.
