Nissaki Sunflower Luxury Apartment

Sunflower Apartment is a new, luxury apartment with 1 bedroom and wide terrace, perfectly located just 100m from the beach of Nissaki with its crystal clear water, a couple of steps from excellent waterfront tavernas, supermarket, and bus stop. It is definitely the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for an exclusive stay in a unique location virtually on the waterfront without the need to rely constantly on a car. Sleeping 2 guests in 1 bedroom (with the possibility of an extra guest in the lounge area), Sunflower Apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price), finished to the highest standard, set to impress for its high value for money, atmosphere and breathtaking views to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, next to the property, there is also an independently run swimming pool complex with bar and restaurant which is open to the public (opening dates - usually end of may until beginning of october - entrance requirements may vary).

The apartment is set on the ground floor of a lovely corfiot traditional building. Entrance via the large private sea-facing terrace is onto the open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen. There is a spacious sofa (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), fully equipped kitchen, dining table. There is 1 spacious air-conditioned double bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The property offers stunning views also from the inside through the large patio doors.

Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue reserved for the guests of our apartments as well as a shared laundry room.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.

GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per apartment per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio nell'appartamento. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e tutto era come descritto, anche se la vista mare era ancora più bella del previsto! C'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La cucina non è abbastanza grande per cucinare piatti elaborati, ma dato che ci sono ottimi ristoranti in zona, non è necessario. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché non era proprio accanto all'appartamento (3-5 minuti a piedi) ed era pubblica. Abbiamo preferito il mare, che era praticamente fuori dalla porta (meno di 10 minuti a piedi). La zona era molto tranquilla, ma c'era comunque molto da fare. Maria è stata molto gentile e affidabile, il check-in e il check-out sono stati semplici e l'appartamento è stato molto facile da trovare grazie alle indicazioni dettagliate di Maria. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Très bon séjour, l'arrivée autonome était un plus pour nous, vu notre heure tardive d'arrivée. L'appartement était impeccable, la petite terrasse très appréciable. La plage à moins de 5 min avec restaurant et bar un vrai plus, même en cette fin de saison de l'île. Pour nous tout était parfait

Super Aufenthalt :-) Schnelle Kommunikation und immer zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Vom Apartment ist in ca. 3 Gehminuten eine kleine Bucht erreichbar. Hier kann man wunderbar schwimmen und an den umliegenden Restaurants essen und trinken.
