This property was not what I expected it looks different from the photos,the AC had to be payed for ??? The toilets were disgusting they didn’t flush properly and the hospitality was very poor would not recommend we had to end up going to another hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - IT IS A SCAM

The pool is empty and has no water. They tried to charge 8 euros per day for air conditioning which was supposed to be included. Our room was supposed to be superior sea view but it was overlooking a street and a nightclub with booming music till 3am. I spent every night on the balcony as the tiny hot room was unbearable so couldn't go to sleep till 3am. No dishwasher, no rain shower, no clean towels all week....Reception said they only spoke Greek so wouldn't discuss our complaints. My friend went home after 2 days.

最悪のホテル

まずGPSの位置と違っていてホテルを見つけるまで1時間半かかる（看板も無く周辺住民に3度聞いてやっとたどり着く）。チェックイン時、受付にホテルの係がおらず、隣の美容院のスタッフが鍵を預かっていた。 冷房が有料とは前代未聞、1日8€x3=24€支払ったが送風のみで暑い一夜を過ごす、壊れているの知っていたようだ！　シャワーブースの排水がかなり悪い、キッチンの水道の出が悪い、冷蔵庫がかなり古い等！　建物の老朽化は仕方ないとしても、ホテルの看板なし、冷房有料、故障等のクレームを、ホテルスタッフが不在だったため翌朝にしか伝えられなかった。プールも故障中で使えない。 部屋の変更をリクエストしたが1時間待たされ、結果NGだったので、1泊で切り上げ他のホテルに移動しました。勿論2泊目3泊目のキャンセルはきかず、冷房代2日分のみ返金された。 Hotels.comで初クレーム、今後このホテルは使わない方が御社のためかと思います、年間80泊ぐらい利用してるが、今回は散々でした。 3泊分の宿泊代金162€と冷房代1泊分8€の返金を希望します、ご検討あれ。
