Villa Rosemarine is a beautiful 208 m2 one level villa offering privacy,beautiful sea views,lush spacious gardens(4100 m2 large) with flowers and trees,a private swimming pool,BBQ,free Wi-Fi internet access and is at a distance of 40 meters from Coyevinas beach.The swimming pool is 49 m2 large (and there is also a children's swimming pool section).The villa has 4 bedrooms,each one with air conditioning and en suite bathroom(a total of 4 bathrooms),a working room,a WC next to the entrance and a storage room.It is spacious and comfortable giving the sensation of outdoor/indoor living,offering a sense of class and allowing guests to relax.The living room has large sliding patio doors leading out to a canopied dining area overlooking the swimming pool.

You can order breakfast,lunch and dinner of pleasure from our special menu we will be glad to serve you.
To avoid disappointment the chef does need to be booked well in advance.
This service is offered at an additional charge, payable locally.
Furthermore we have a relationship with the local supermarket that enables guests staying at the villa to order their food supplies prior to departure and have them delivered to the villa on the day of their arrival and also during their stay. Payment can be made via credit card, direct to the supermarket.

Excellent location and really functional villa layout

My family have been to Kassiopi before but we usually stay in the mountains. We were keen to have a change and be by the sea. It was lovely to be able to go straight onto the beach from the garden and the villa was the perfect layout in terms of plenty of space for teens / young adults (my husband and I plus 6 party going youngsters!). All rooms are en-suite and it just worked really well. I would definitely recommend and book again myself. It’s about a 25 mins walk into Kassiopi - we always rent scooters, I think transport of some form is a must unless you opt for taxis. The villa was managed really well and Zoi was excellent at communicating prioer and during our stay.

Ideal for us as a group of friends. Nice walk down to Alvaki beach and into Kassiopi. Swimming pool great. Beach very stoney so need beach shoes but sea beautiful and clear. Would certainly recommend it. Had a fabulous holiday.

Wunderschöne Ferien an Traumstrand, beeindruckende gepflegte Villa, großer Garten und großer Pool

Wir (2 Familien, 4 Erw., 4 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Rosemarine, die wie der Beschreibung aufgeführt direkt am Strand auf einem sehr großen gepflegten Gartengrundstück liegt. Die Lage ist dadurch sehr ruhig und sehr gut zur Erholung geeignet. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Der direkte Zugang zu einem Sand/Kiesstrand mit kristallklarem, türkisen Wasser, in dem auch unsere Kinder gut schnorcheln konnten, erfolgt durch das weisse Tor am Ende des Gartens. Der Pool war sehr groß, gut gepflegt, auf der beschatteten Terrasse gab es zusätzlich einen sehr gut nutzbaren BBQ-Grill. Die Küche war technisch modern ausgestattet, Bäder und Zimmer ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, die Reinigung durch sehr freundliches Personal erfolgte zudem regelmäßig. Der Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich und hat uns vor Ort sehr gut betreut. Kassiopi selbst ist ein schöner Ferienort mit ansprechendem Hafen, mit dem Leihwagen ist man in 5 Minuten direkt im Zentrum. Wir nutzen häufiger die Vermietung über FEWO und können die Villa und die Vermieter-Familie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken an dieser Stelle auch für eine wunderbare Ferienwoche.

Beautiful peaceful place for a multi generation family holiday

The villa is just like the pictures on the website. It is in a quiet, private, beautiful spot, with amazing views across the sea to Albania, but within walking distance of Kassiopi and of lovely Avlaki beach, and a good supermarket (Nikos). The big pool and flat, safe garden make it perfect for children as well as adults. We met with kindness and friendliness everywhere, from the owner, Alexis, who rescued our holiday by changing our dates at very short notice when BA shut down for 3 days, made sure outside lights were on for our late arrival and got a water supply problem fixed within an hour, to Nikos supermarket, about 20 minutes walk away, who not only delivered our goods but took us home with them, to the people at every taverna we went to. You don't absolutely need a car, but having one between us meant we could give lifts to the little children while the grownups walked to Avlaki, for instance.
