On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower ensuite.This level also comprises a big comfortable garden style sitting area, a store room, laundry and a toilet.
The house is equipped with central heating system and security alarm system with surveillance cameras. Villa has its own generator with an automatic transfer switch. So you will never be without power. The villa is airconditioned, tastefully designed and offers an exquisite stunning views of the mountain and the sea from its large veranda and balconies.
The 6x17 meter infinity swimmingpool, decorated with mosaic, is located 1 level below the villa. 2) apartment for 2 people (2 bedrooms with 1 single bed each, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom)
