"Room was clean, but very hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."

"Ample parking, staff were friendly and efficient, the room was huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was way too crowded on the first day, the second day it was better but still busy. "
