"Très bon séjour chez Éric et Laetitia. Ils vous accueillent chaleureusement dans leur chambre d'hôte tout en assurant leur travail sur la truffière. La chambre est très jolie et bien agencée, le lit comfortable. Le coin salle de bain est assez grand avec une grande douche et les WC sont séparés. Bien sûr en période estivale la piscine est très appréciable, elle est bien équipée avec fauteuils et transats. La truffière est située en pleine campagne donc très au calme. "Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent. Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at the reception. Our other favourite staff was Sammy at the restaurant who was attentive and also hilarious. Our “4 course” dinner was divine. Spoiler alert: you get more than 4 courses. On market day, don’t plan on moving your car. We took a detour that google set for us and it was stressful. The WiFi isn’t fast, but it wasn’t really an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t want to leave."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I inadvertently left a small item in the room upon departure. Housekeeping discovered it even before I knew of my mistake, the desk called me and kindly arranged to have it sent to me by post. (I paid for postage expenses, of course.) Very efficient and appreciated. "

"The property is lovely, although a little tired; the room was large with sofa, good storage and some strange wall hangings (think swords and battle axes!), but the bed was below par - two different beds pushed together that moved and were not very comfortable. The gym is good with a balcony that looks over the forest, and the spa was great with good massages and spa facilities. Overall, a recommend, but wish they would upgrade the bed, pillows and bedding to match to overall feeling of the hotel. "

"Overall the hotel was fine and a very unique stay but the heating was like a tap running all night and did little to heat the large room. It could have been cleaner but it did meet basic standards. No facilities to make drinks in room. The evening meal was nice as was breakfast. The views are amazing, we didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. "
