Reception team wasn’t helpful. Poor breakfast choices. Pool was nice and clean. Air conditioner has very strong perfume in the rooms. No security and main entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone can come in park their car and go to the pool or anywhere else. Not safe

Kæmpe kæmpe hotel, hvor tiden ligesom har stået stille siden 80'erne. Trist beliggenhed. Udsigt til industri ( kæmpe skorstene)! Kedelig morgenmadsbuffet. hôtel à Rossano. Italie

point positif: la jeune femme à la réception est accueillante, très serviable et toujours souriante. Le restaurant est d'un mauvais rapport qualité-prix: utilisation abusive d'huile. Quant au buffet du petit-déjeuner, il est rudimentaire. L'hôtel est situé à l'extérieur de la ville et il n'y a aucun service aux alentours. La connexion internet est très mauvaise. Il a été impossible de régler la note avec notre carte crédit VISA en raison de l'impossibilité du préposé à accéder au réseau. l'hôtel accueille des groupes de jeunes adolescents qui ont été très bruyant jusqu'à 5h00 du matin.
