"The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast area was not as good as it was 2 months ago. No fruit except for one apple. Waffle machine wasn't working and elevator was out."

We have stayed in many hotels but now prefer to stay at Red Roof because of the young lady who works at the front desk on day shifts mostly who always has a kind word an smile for us. She is professional, helpful and dedicated to her job from how good she is with us.
