Fatima, Juliette and other staff made the stay extra special. The venue is located near Pigeon island so access to the Jazz festival was convenient. "Great property great views. Services is very good. There is a renovation in progress and rightfully so since some rooms are showing where and tear. Beach Area is very good. Make sure to take advantage of the water sports Center!! The properties extremely hilly take advantage of the shuttle if you don’t want to walk up and downhill.The shuttle runs 24 hours You sure to take advantage of the hotels catamaran to the waterfall and mud baths"

"This is a sister hotel that has 2 other properties and access was available by free shuttle to each. The best things about this property is the staff and location. Excellent service and attentiveness from the staff from the moment I arrived to the day I left. This location within the chain is like a third child, it's aged and in desperate need of renovation. No amenities to speak of just a pool. "
