"Great communication and an easy check-in/check-out process. The apartment has an incredible view of the city from its private patio. We love the proximity to the metro station and the easily walkable neighborhood with wonderful restaurants (try A Picciridda and Trattoria da Cinzia). We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there.
