We checked in, and were told our room was in a different corridor. We were supposed to have a king room, but were given a dirty apartment with no sheets (didn’t notice until it was bedtime), pillows, AC. When we spoke with the staff, they lied to us about everything. I even asked for more pillows, the clerk said they’d be sent up. Never happened. Terrible customer service on their end. If I wanted a dirty air BNB, I would have booked one.

Proximity to everything! Great staff. Lovely hotel and room size for 3 people. It made us all feel safe and secure at night with the doorman/security staff. Great bar and atrium area to meet with family. Wonderful check in and very knowledgeable staff who told us all about the city and restaurants around.

Lovely hotel and special touch for Easter weekend

Great weekend. Room was big for three of us and they provided a baby cot. Extra special touch when they got in touch with the Easter bunny to make sure all the children in the hotel had an egg hiding in their room

Great hotel

Centrally located hotel, close to patrick street with a lovely pool snd gym. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was first class. I would highly recommend this hotel.
