"Our room was both fabulous and a splurge, The place was located in the heart of Palermo, which is great from the standpoint of seeing the sights, restaurants and stores, but not great from the standpoint of driving, With help from the manager of the facility, we parked 3 short blocks away and chose to walk to the hotel (the manager offered several times to assist us but we passed on his offer). My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
