"Einchecken: Trotz vorheriger Buchung musste vor Ort noch mal ein Zimmer gefunden werden für uns,in das 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder passen, da unsere Buchung in deren System nicht sichtbar war. Suite: Das Schlafsofa in dem die Kinder schlafen sollten, war nicht sauber. Man bezog es trotzdem. Wir fanden ein benutztes Kondom neben dem Schlafsofa, dass wir dann selber entfernt haben.
