When the renovations are finished, this will be a first class facility. Dangerous walking in from the lot, through a traffic lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

One star hotel the most

The carpet had stains and smells, The bed mattress was ols and was sitting on a wood box that was falling apart and the tub was so old it like like dirt in the middle of the tub. The came in the clean the room but never vacuum the carpet.

In desperate need of a deep clean and refreshing. Elevator broken, ice machine on 3rd floor broken, leaking toilet, worn out luggage carts, sticky floors and carpet. Bed was okay and desk attendant was friendly.

Carpet in hallways and especially in the room were filthy. The personnel at front desk were exceptionally friendly and professional. The customer's elevator was in operative therefor had to use the service elevator.

The parking was terrible. Had to carry 2 rooms of luggage around parking lot to back entrance. Room 124 had spider webs, bed was creaking and old mattress, carpet very stained.
