"The place is conveniently located for an overnight stay, staff was friendly and helpful, but the building was not clean, floors, elevator were dirty. Room was dated but cleaner than the rest of the building."

"It was very basic. No bed bugs. It looks like a property they picked up cheap and through some paint on it. Dated. No drain covers. Can’t take a bath it needs an interior over haul"

"The sound of the cars and trucks on the road below the hotel kept waking us up throughout the night. Incredibly loud, even compared to hotels I've stayed in on downtown city streets."

"Very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, gym was pretty good too! Breakfast was above average as well."

"The staff were amazing. The sweetest ever!"

"The pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. We would stay again."

"Good location. Great value. Decent breakfast. Clean. Fresh towels on second day."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and room was very clean and the hot breakfast was nice and the room was clean and made up each day, I will definitely be staying at a Best Western in the future, thanks"

"Very clean and quiet."

"The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property."

"If you stay here make sure to bring your own hot water, as they have none at any time of the day or night."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. the food was delicious. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. It did not work very good."
