"A blissful week with extremely helpful hosts. Use of swimming pool. Access to local shops , great restaurants. Car essential but not far from coast and Mont St Victoire."

"The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"

"The property is tired. The Kitchens repainted grey pine units are wearing. The Bathroom and Toilet have sanitary wear dating back to the 1960's. There is a feeling that while the equipment and furniture provided is plentiful it is all enjoying at least a second life here. The garden is uncared for. The grass/weeds were long and hadn't been cut when we arrived and wasn't cut during the two weeks we stayed there. The tubs are now just weeds. The Swimming Pool is good but on the small side at...

"Villa Nova was a lovely villa very close to town. We were able to walk everywhere. The villa was very well equipped and beds were large and comfortable. St Remy is a wonderful town and we enjoyed our visit very much. Two adult couples and we had plenty of room very spacious house. "
