"This is a very good hotel close to the train station and very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and available to provide assistance. Breakfast very good and with many options . Rooms spacious and with big bathroom and comfortable bed. Is a little old property but the amenities working properly. Continues being a 4 stars hotel . Very recomendable to stay in Verona ."

"The rooms are sizable, clean, and modern. The temp control is obviously a great feature. The cleaning staff were professional and thorough. Front desk staff were mixed on service quality and helpfulness. The check in was rushed and sloppy. No explanation of the property, WiFi, parking. "This is our second time staying here. Its proximity to the Arena and Piazza Bra can’t be beat. There is a Pam grocery store to the right a couple of blocks. If you continue to the Main Street and go right there is the best coffee shop and bakery - Barini. In the opposite direction (and on the right and then left onto the Main Street) are a great collection of cheaper restaurants and some great pizza at Bella Napoli Verona.
