Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The room was spotless with many details such as leaving dish soap, paper, towel, towels, etc., which was highly appreciated and kitchen equipment was in my opinion, all completely there. The slight downside is I took my granddaughter‘s. The playground was beyond the parking lot and not very uplept—but also it is winter time. I would definitely return or recommend!

My favorite parts of our stay besides the normal-was that there was lots of assorted pillows (different firmness/softness) this is a huge perk! There were even extras in the closet. I love this because people have different preferences and this made our stay so much more comfortable!

This is a timeshare trap. I’d give it 5 stars if they would’ve not try to get me to come to some meeting with a promise of 2. Nights 3 days if you listen to this meeting… it was late, we were trying to get to dinner and the dude would not stop talking about all these options, even after I told them that is something we are not interested in at all.

An adjoining door in the bedroom with in arms reach from the bed. How would you feel if you got into a motel or a condo and there was an adjoining door to the other bedroom in the next room in your bedroom 5 ft away from the lousy bed???!!! I was told all of the rooms were this way, when I told them that I was not okay with it and I wanted a different room. When the neighbors came home, I could hear everything they said in the bedroom and every cabinet door that closed in the bathroom. Whoever had this building designed with an adjoining door in the bedroom is the most ridiculous design of architecture for a condo I have ever seen. 30-in TV screen above the microwave. Are you serious? You call this a resort? I can stay at any motel 6 smallest I've ever seen was a 36 usually more& within viewing distance. They have DirecTV. Even when it was not raining at all, The picture reminded me of watching TV in the '90s. I haven't watched TV with that crappy of a picture in that long. The glass table top in the dining room has no pads or non-skid rubber under the glass. EVERY TIME YOU REST YOUR ARM ON THE TABLE IT MOVES AND SLIDES... EVERY TIME THE TABLE SLIDES AWAY FROM YOU!!! The lighting is horrendous, It's like walking around in the dark. whoever decided to paint the walls tan might have thought about increasing the lumens that are provided in the lighting that is provided in the room, so it's not like you're walking around A room with some Edison light bulbs in it.

We flew in a little early checked in when we got there but was told they will text when the room is ready which they didnt so we had to go back at 4.30 to get our keys so we can get into our room. We got in and the previous people that stayed there still have their key card on the table and the couch was not cleaned - there were crumbs. This of course lets us know that the room was not cleaned completely. Other than that the area is beautiful and quiet which we like.
