"Had an amazing week with my family. The resort is huge, staff was excellent, rooms were big, new, and clean. The nightly entertainment was amazing. Definitely recommend this resort. "

"The resort is beautiful, however nothing about my experience here was convenient. Check in took an hour, we had 3 rooms w 5 occupants which lead to a lot of confusion for some reason. Next came the food, it’s all inclusive but between 4-6pm when the restaurants are closed to prepare for dinner finding food is exhausting. Room service takes at least an hour and must be ordered through their “app” that barely works. Forget trying to call room service they never answer, we even tried calling the front desk to have them transfer us to them, still no luck. On one instance room service marked the food as delivered, we were heading back to our room only to find that the food wasn’t there. We tried calling no answer and food service after 10 is $25……so we chose not to reorder. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting a 5 star experience. I probably won’t be returning, however the staff were very nice. "

"Staff was great, food was good. They don’t enforce the no saving pool chairs so it was difficult to get a chair by the pool. Some of the reservation systems for dinners were inefficient."

"I must say this hotel meets our expectations i come visit Jamaica alot but grand princess will be seeing us alot now. Stayed here 4days i truly recommend the swim out pool room which was our favorite part cause we never booked this room before. Food and drinks and staff were amazing. Cant wait to visit again.."

"We always enjoy our stay at Sunset at the Palms. The staff are always friendly and quick to accommodate your every need. Parts of the resort could use upgrades. The gym really needs an air conditioner that works. The night entertainment, specifically the piano bar, would benefit from a little more variety and offer different musicians an opportunity to sing. "Family vacation. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is just as pictured. Staff is amazing! The entertainment crew is a group of amazing, great energy, fun individuals! They are mindful of the families and of the just adults there to have a good time. Would def go back! "

"This is my own personal experience of Country Country. I didn’t think the staff went above and beyond. The rooms were not as clean with spider webs everywhere. We asked for two blankets multiple times and never got them. Beach towels weren’t readily available when one was soiled. I really wanted to experience prior reviews. But that just didn’t happen. Food was mediocre. Our server was very nice when we did eat there for breakfast. The menu did not reflect what they had. The stay was worth it for the beach access and the stores around like Hi Lo. I feel like no one tried to make us feel welcomed. I won’t stay here again as I’ve experienced other hotels on 7 mile that are a lot more dedicated to their guests. Was pretty disappointed. My Son was told he couldn’t dig on the sand. He’s a kid and that’s what kids do on a beach. Maybe add some signs no digging is allowed. Other properties gad kids digging on the sand and have a great time. I felt like we were walking in egg shells. "
