Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. For your convenience you're only minutes away from all your amenities including Tim Hortons, grocery store and liquor store. A 300 ft walk to the bus stop, 10 minute drive to
Charlottetown, 30 minute drive to Cavendish and a 10-22 minute drive to some beautiful beaches ,walking trails and golf courses.

The space

The house is a beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom home. The main level welcomes you with a large entrance way that enters into the open concept living room, dinning space and kitchen; with large windows to flood the entire space with natural light. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on this level. There is also access to the 36×14 deck with all day sun and beautiful views, loads of seating and a hot tub to relax in after your long day of exploring this beautiful Island. The basement has a walk out to a huge back yard with a fire pit . It also has 2 bedrooms that are set up with bunk beds.1 full bathroom, laundry room, rec room with projector and another recreational space that has a pool table for your entertainment. Also equipped with a treadmill.

Amazing!
We loved our stay at Melda's home! From the moment we walked in the front door we felt at home. The house had everything we needed and it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Our adult and teenage children had plenty of space to spread out if that was what they needed. We would love to stay again on a future trip to the Island.
