"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Very smart well equipped apartment. it had everything you could need. Superb location with great terrace and views.. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great lounge and kitchen. If you are going into Torquay go through the garden and down the steps, very quick and easy (we got taxis back!). We did struggle a bit with the electric ceiling heating, although the instructions were comprehensive it was difficult to know if it worked."

"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. "A warm friendly welcome set the scene when we arrived for our 3 night stay in June. All staff were pleasant and delightful. Nothing to fault, apart from an uncomfortable dip in one mattress. We did not use the restaurant. The hotel is old but the rate paid was a bargain and we hope to return."
