The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, appliances, a large center island with seating, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November** (heated pool)

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)

“Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.”



“The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.”



“High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.”
