Lovely Corolla

Great time. The eagles nest in our backyard was amazing… eagles and eagleets. Pool fantastic. Short walk to beach.

The house was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything dishes etc wise. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because some of the steps were broken and we had Two mothers with small babies and.I worried about their safety. Village realty did send someone to do a temporary fix. Also some of the showers weren’t clean and the porches that wrapped around the deck were covered with pine needles. We loved our stay though and would book there again. Great location and the Eagles nest was amazing!

Family Vacation

Mother Nature was NOT on our side but our rental had plenty of things to keep us entertained. The location is awesome. You have the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. This beautiful home gives you plenty of space to stead out or hang out together. The kitchen was stocked with any kind of cooking equipment you may need. The weather wasn’t great but our stay was. Thank you to the wonderful staff who took great care of all our our needs during this stay.

Internet didn’t work the entirety of the stay, when we called, the provider informed of a work order on the line that was placed prior to our arrival, property shouldn’t have been advertised with WiFi. Great amenities and location, kids 3-12 enjoyed. House needs work; torn tarp, outdoor shower not working, painters show up mid stay to paint, downstairs lights flickered on/off, outdoor grill was unusable due to lack of upkeep. Communication with Village Realty was fine, but no issues were resolved during our stay.

July 2017 Stay

We have only been here for two days and there are a lot of issues with the property. The trash had not been removed upon arrival. The comforters on all beds had not been washed. Three of the beds did not have fitted sheets on them. We called to have this situation handled and no one showed up. The towels and wash cloths were rough. All of this on day two, and we still have several more days to go. Calling to have the problem solved resulted in me being placed on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. The picture I used is of the disgusting stains that were on one of the comforters in the bedroom. When we called they said they don't always change the linens in between stays. We stayed in Corolla last year and everything worked out perfectly. This however, is unacceptable.
