"Overall was a positive experience. The body of the hotel is nice and up to date and the shuttle to the park is great. Our room had some cute stuffed animals and a pop up tent which was cute but the bathroom as kinda out of date and the refrigerator was leaking all over. The bathroom walls were not very clean."

"TV was unplugged. The HDMI cord was not even plugged in and it was dangling and didn’t work work. They charged us for Internet that didn’t even work. The bathroom does not have any like exhaust fan. the LVP flooring was super sticky. I think they do a good job of maintaining their landscaping and their lobby, but that’s about it"

"Absolutely perfect in every way! Short walk to the parks, clean, convenient, comfortable. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My four year old said he’d rather play at the pool and splash pad than go to Disneyland."

"The stay was fine and the room was fine. My major complaints would be that they couldn't find my reservation when I got there and it took them 30 minutes of searching and then eventually going into the hotel.com site to find it. I don't know why it was such a struggle and it stressed me out that we weren't going to have a place to stay. Then one of the evenings when we got back from Disney, our door was not latched closed. The maid had left it open when she changed out the towels, so that was stressful, but luckily we had our any valuables in the safe so nothing was stolen. Also, they do not make beds up during the stay. They only charge towels and take it garbage."
