The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "The condo was located in a nice area of Piantini. Friendly staff at the property and very accommodating host. Place was clean and had everything needed to feel at home. I will stay here again next time I travel to Santo Domingo. "

"I would like to say that as a super host it’s very important to respond in a timely manner which this host lacks. It was hard to see the name of the place since there are palm trees covering the name of the tower. Then the apartment needs fixing as it has water damage on the ceilings. It’s important to keep a place presentable and safe. I honestly did not like this apartment is not geared towards the needs of guests. Communication is very important especially when traveling to another country."

"The apartment is centrally located amidst the national government area with lots of ministries and even the capital buildings near by. Malls and parks in east walking distance. Comunication with the property manager was outstanding! Excellent security and parking on site. Highly recommend."
