"Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind enough to give us a full upgrade of our room with a full ocean view after we found our toilet in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was a leak in our ceiling. "

"My partner and I recently stayed at here and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views from both the dining area and the pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Both our room and the communal areas were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They made the process of booking an island hopping tour and arranging airport transfers very easy and stress-free. We flew into Puerto Princesca and departed from El Nido, opting for the private minivan for both journeys. The location is great, very easy to get a trike from the main road into El Nido town. I unfortunately fell ill for a day during our stay, but the staff very kindly provided me with rehydration salts and probiotics, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The breakfast options were great and generous portions and in the evening we enjoyed the happy hour cocktails. Only note to keep in mind is that one of the neighbouring hotels has loud music on event nights, although this is cut off by midnight latest and only affected 1 night of our 5/6 night stay. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend!"

"This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring. "

"Best place to stay at El Nido!! Staff was helpful attentive. Transportation shuttle was very flexible. Housekeeping made sure our villa was clean and pool was clean as well. Restaurant has so many options it was hard to go eat at other places outside the resort. "

"We loved everything about this place! The staff were super friendly and so accommodating, from the complimentary shuttles into town, to helping my husband plan a surprise for me while he’s across the globe over email, there was nothing that they were not willing to help with. Not forgetting the amazing view from the cocoon tent we stayed at in the Glamping area which had a really lovely boho modern chic vibe and a stunning view of the bay. One thing to keep in mind though is that this resort is a bit uphill and inside from the roadside so come a bit prepared to climb up and down stairs to get to the restaurant and the pool area which was fine for us but just something to keep in mind if you do decide to stay here. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back again if we visit el nido again "
